I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

I believe in the importance of a safe space - one that allows you to feel the emotions and thoughts of your experiences. Your experiences are central to what makes you you, and therefore you know yourself better than anyone else. It is an honour to hear your story.

I also believe that, alongside dedication, vulnerability, and courage, self-compassion is a crucial part of healing and working through negative life situations. Helping you to learn to be on your own “team” is the foundation of the work we do here.
